Gypsum wallboards are enjoying growing popularity in interior design and renovation.
MultiGips and TECE are collaborating with the aim of offering designers and building clients
coordinated complete Systems.
The demand for living space in Berlin is enormous - and space is limited. A new construction is under way in Hohenschönhausen with 172 residential units of a varying sizes. Varying Apartment and bathroom floor plans make such building sites complex.
TECEsystem stands for industrial prefabrication of wall modules and shafts and committed service, all from one source. Pre-assembled plumbing frameworks are planned individually, produced to size, and delivered directly to the site on the day of Installation.
In the town of Lingen in Lower Saxony, the "Looken Inn" is being constructed, a modern 4-star hotel with 104 rooms, a restaurant area and a Wellness area. All of the housing technology implemented comes entirely from TECE:
At TECE glass has established itself as a uniform design element: Whether as a cover for the TECEdrainline shower channel, or as a flush plate for TECEloop and TECEsquare, a design element on the TECEfloor thermostat, or as a glass plate on the TECElux toilet terminal.
Whether private or public sanitary areas: When urinal facilities are installed, the owner or the planner naturally concentrates on a solution which is coordinated in design and colour for both the toilet and the urinal.
A wide selection of flush plates in very different designs. To enable bathroom planners or their customers to retain an overview, the TECE website features a practical online configurator, which makes the choice easier to reach.
In the Lower Saxony town of Diepenau a new branch is being built for Edeka Röthemeier Handelsgesellschaft mbH. The panel heating system of choice is TECEfloor – a complete system, consisting of stainless steel manifolds, laying fittings, and in this case a total of 13,800 metres of heating piping.
In Berlin there is a detached house of a special kind: a bungalow in atrium building style, with an almost windowless external facade. Daylight only penetrates through the glazed walls in the interior courtyard. Apart from the impressive architecture, the building also convinces with its fitting-out in terms of sustainability and barrier freedom. Heating, pre-wall technology, sanitation, and piping systems are from TECE.
A clear sign of high customer satisfaction – one million TECE shower channels sold up to now. At the beginning of the 2000s, TECE adapted this drainage technology, which had originally been developed for commercial kitchens and swimming pools, to the special requirements in the private bathroom – and welcomed a product into its portfolio that has been developing extremely successfully to this day.
Handling building processes quickly and efficiently.
Industrially prefabricated TECEsystem wall sections help implement refurbishment and new-building projects in a more reliable, rational and cost-saving way.
TECE has updated the TECEsquare stainless steel toilet flush plate: The new model now fits directly onto the TECE cistern, without additional fittings. The size of the successful TECE model has been adjusted to the standard size of classic TECE flush plates.
Does it always have to be inexpensive? On the contrary – if added value can really be shown or explained, even in the case of price-sensitive customers this frequently leads to a successful sale, and to extended and additional orders. Sanitation, heating and air conditioning entrepreneur Andrea Kachelmann from Walsdorf shows how it is done – by means of the example of the toilet, and using TECElux.
Installing pipes without pressing tools? No problem with TECElogo. Clever push fittings make heavy tools unnecessary: The safe TECElogo professional installation system can be used quickly and easily by hand.
TECE offers a new service solution for complicated floor plans: TECEdrainline shower channels can be made to measure between 600 and 1,500 millimetres. This predestines linear drainage for use in difficult floor plans in bathrooms in new and old houses. Tailor-made production allows channels to be fitted in all niche situations, and is especially popular with planners.
To date, it has only been possible to use Rockwool pipe shell RS 800 to thermally insulate TECE's multi-layer composite pipes. Following intensive fire resistance tests the Civil Engineering Materials Testing Institute (MPA) based in Braunschweig, Germany, issued a general building code test certificate (AbP), which means the pipe shell can now also be used as pipe penetration seals R30 to R120 for TECEflex and TECElogo composite pipes. Professional installers no longer need to change materials at the wall and ceiling openings. That saves time and money.
